Valeco Homes Review - Our Experience
We found the block of land - loved it We designed the house to go with the land - loved it We carefully selected the builder, Valeco - biggest mistake of my life. I still love the land and the house design but getting it built to the standard we paid for has been horrendous. The nightmare began a few weeks after our build started in January 2017, when a 5 metre deep excavation was done in the middle of our driveway when no excavation was required - it was so big you could fit a couple of townhouses in there. What did Valeco do? Well the site supervisor tried to carry on and the office and owners ignored us for many weeks until I posted a question on product review. Is this resolved? Well it’s now March 2018 - yes more than 12 months on and the resolution has yet to be actioned, in fact we were offered a substandard solution not based on full disclosure.
